如哥哥讀緊英華小學,細佬會否有較大機會考入?

我明白當時的情況，但在九月的家長會，林校長仲講緊考慮，十一月就宣佈轉，一個措手不及，三年來細佬跟哥哥在YW出出入入，一直都係PREPARE佢在YW讀書，到頭來失望和不開心了一段日子

Yes, it is the basic for checking homework and tests. The parent involvement can be more, if the boy doesn't catch up with the class by himself.

It seems to me that the teachers will test and (Eng., Chin, Math) adapt to the level of the students. The material will be difficult enough to challenge them.

Most of the students are on the same academic level. Their appetite is strong, and the performance is satisfactory. The atmosphere of peer competition is rather constructive, if there is any. There is no mountains of homeworks. My son often says he has fun in school. He likes it.

我真係錯啦，話林校長過橋抽板，原來佢獨具慧眼，面試後就知道我小朋友不是讀英小的級數，唔收我小朋友。最後我小朋友好彩遇到百樂，嚟梗九月，我小朋友將入讀新小拔。好多謝校長放我小朋友一馬。

如果當日面試日期是同一時間，我都會放棄DBS見YW。如果唔係YW唔收弟弟；我一家都唔需要事後做多幾部功夫才入到DBS，我最希望兩兄弟同一所學校讀書，最少我唔使車上學要去兩處地方。

這個我知道，小朋友適應力很強，反而家人會辛苦，所以我想弟弟讀YW多過DBS

IF DBS accept my son, I won't say no.
Though it may be tough, but it is worth to try.

我教會都有一個姊妹個仔考唔到YW,考到DBS,佢都話鐘意YW多過DBS,如果後補有位,佢都會放棄DBS!

不過無可否應兩間學校真是各有各的優點的!我們作為父母,當然是想選擇最好的,最適合的給兒女,但最知道適合他們的是我們的天父,所以無論讀那一間都要感恩和知足!

My son just being accepted.  I am a working mom, too. May I know if YW is really that demanding?

Not very demanding but quite competitive.
I remember when my son was in P1,
his grade in Math was quite good.
But his Math teacher told me that at least 4 in his class got full marks in each and every test & exam.
