Which pre-school has higher chance to get into 聖保祿天主教 ?

My baby girl is 1.5 year old.  I would like her to get into SPC in future.  Any advice on which pre-school I should choose?  
I originally want her to attend international pre-school, like Woodland.  Will it affect her chance to get into traditional primary school in future?
