St Catherine - Application form

I have received an application form from St Catherine today. The form only mentioned the interview date is 13 Nov but interview time is missing. Do I need to complete the form and tear off the interview slip and then send it to St Catherine and they will inform me the interview time upon receipt of my application form? Please help. Or I need to call St Catherine to confirm the interview time. Many Thanks.

The time is missing.

- You should call the school to reconfirm the interview time.
- Complete the form and mail back to the school.
- Tear off the interview slip and bring along with you during interview.
