想請問下到外國讀書，點樣安排由香港的戶口匯款到外地，有那些選擇，怎樣安排方便些呢?

Simply make TT payment to school's bank account. There should have account no. stated in the parent handbook.

So I think initially I will buy a bank draft for my son when he goes overseas and then subsequently use TT to transfer money to him after he opens an accounts there.
