大家對上星期六的新生會有什麽感想呢？

聼完舊生家長的分享後，覺得中文課好像比較難，與我之前的想法有很大的出入。

出席了小一新生家長會, 她說有兩份的習作(兩星期), 但回家後才發覺啡色的File皮內, 沒有兩份的習作.

我都知道St. Mary 是有要求的, 聽了家長的意見, 中文都比較想像中難.

返學時間 :
1/9, 2/9 (8:15am-10:30am)
3/9-18/9 (8:15am-12:00nn)
21/9 ...... (8:15am-3:00pm)
逢星期三放學2:40pm

器樂班, 小一可以參加, 每節約120元(一小時)
有一班八人.   在校內還是在外找老師好些?

不知道午膳可以選擇食物?

係喎！唔講唔記得，我亞女個公文袋都冇呀！甘係咪唔使做及唔使交！唔知佢地考什麼，問亞女，佢都講唔出！

My daughter was soooo lucky to be picked to attend the special Chinese class.  A bit worry since knowing that the school life she's facing is a tough one.  Hope she can get along well soon but I like this school very much.  
If both of you didn't receive any exercise, means that your daughters' standards are good enough.
Every St. Mary's girls...add oil!

Thanks for your information and sharing.  Yes, I like this school too.  I believe that the teachers will try their best to lead the girls.  Hope all the girls enjoy their school life in SMCS.  Add oil!

我囡囡是讀普通的幼稚園, 程度只是一般, 英文比較差.

她說考了 2, 6, 8 的英文 即 two, six, eight,
有d加數.  中文唔知道?

我囡囡都是讀普通的幼稚園！以後真是要互相照應，每次問亞囡在校(kindergarten)的情形，佢都答唔知、唔記得！好似考編班試，問佢考什麼，佢都答唔知、唔記得！我比佢激c！:[

之前問過老師，沒有被叫名見老師的不用做！
大部份被叫的都是外國人或用英文作第一語言的girls，所以可能中文差少少，未達標，要努力D！

話晒都來自普通幼稚園，英文始終是比較差，仲要讀深一年添..

hi all new comers,

As per the principal, there is no classification among the classes.  It does not reflect anything from 1a to 1d.  No worries.

For those lagged behind in special subjects, the school will provide some supplementary classes.  It works something like additional tutorial.  It is good that your kid can get in if they really need to have some extra lessons.  Right? :)


Hope your kids enjoy the school life.

BTW, would remind you some restrictions as below.

(1) tie up hairs
If hairs is longer than shoulders, it's fixed to make into two portions and then weave it.  No pigtail.
(2) using single color of hair band and clip
say
black with black only
orange with orange only
blue with blue only
(3) No running and screaming on the playground


Yes, the teachers are very nice and responsible.

Regarding English, actually most of parents think it's not so difficult.  In case you are really worried for your kids, you may encourage her to read more books or make some preparation before the lessons.

Have a nice school year.

Yes.  We must try our best since it's so lucky to enter a good school.

Really hope both of them can group into same class...

I hope so because I can't obtain much information from my daughter - she is always ----------day dreaming........

My daughter is always day-dreaming too and she's very week at concentration too.  Thats why she can learn very slowly.  And thats why she's picked to the additional Chinese lessons.  The summer exercises are not difficult but the concept is.
We should keep contact and encourage each other...and I decided to quit my job on 1st Sep and help my daughter out in P1.

Quit the job......I can't do that at this moment......I will consider if my younger daughter has big problem after studying in primary school later.  Her concentration is very very weak.....she always makes me headache.  She needs someone to accompany/study with her.   Then I can terminate the maid for saving the money and take care of their studies.  Hope they can get well with the study.and I can work to earn a living....
