ESF Year One offer

Knowing that some students would be offered a space from ESF School (outside of the original catchment zone), is it a case happened on the kids who studies in ESF's kindergarten only? Or any special circumstances for those type of applicant?

I don't think this is really the case.  The incoming P1 class of one ESF school has 30 different schools graduates as compared to only 3 ESF kindergartens.  The most of it composed of just 10% of the entire P1 population.  When it comes down to admission, it is the individual school that calls the shot.
