I also agree that teachers in KG have better pronounciation than those in nursery

如果有聽隻CD, 就是"吃"點心的"吃"的發音, 幼稚園的老師很標準, 好專業.
有D 音應捲舌頭就有捲, 總之不是台灣音. 好好多.. ...

Anybody know the arrangement? Parents can accompany the child throughout the class or just stay in the school hall or whatever?

the handbook says birthday party will only be held in classroom, not in the hall and no parent is allowed to go inside the classroom

The school send us a notice on Monday. You can check your girl's handbook.

local vs international

Dear all parents,

Hello, my son is in the N1 class just start 1 week, will any of you know how is the chance to get in K1 international and K1 local ?? Does any of you get experience on their internatinal k1 and Local K1 ?? thank you all.

For K1 in international stream, no interview is needed, it's first-come-first-served. However, kids studying in nursery or with siblings studying in KCIS will have priority.

For K1 in main stream, there will be interview and nursery students can have a much higher chance of entering K1.
