大多人都是買個保險心態, 派得好就唔會去讀 (本人都是這種), 所以唔怕多人apply 的.
中基都說今年是最後一年以這形式叩門, 下年會放多d學額來抽獎, 只留少部分用來給真正叩門用. 學校花了這麼多資源來面試, 最終好少人報讀, 的確有些浪費他們資源, 心機的.

以我嘅分析，　學校應該由 number 500 ， 600 or 700 開始做編號　（等家長以為好搶手），　咁搶手就唔會叫派位直資？？？？　咁多人 apply, 自己挑選好學生仲好啦！

或者編號包埋1st round(自行收生長) , 2nd round (中央派位) 及3rd round (direct in take). 即由自行收生編落黎, 所以有1,4xx報名都唔出奇.

健康的生活態度其實不一定是要相信將來會變得更好，只不過是不對現況發牢騷或埋怨便是了。

Just went to the interview today - the principal said the total no. of application in DI section is over 1000, but only 50 placement is available.

FYI - He mentioned the top 50 ones (the ones they accept) will be posted in the website very late on July 6.... because they cannot announce the result before July 7.

One more point - in general, even on the waiting list (maybe the order is 200), the school will keep calling them one by one (in order) if there is a "space" still available. In the past experience, the one ranked 300 may be still able to have a "space" finally. Don't be too disappointed - just wait for their call on July 7 & 8 !!
