My daughter is one of the lucky ones that got accepted in Lower Hope and to help my daughter adjust to the new school, I would like to organize a gathering for the kids and the parents to meet up before school starts.

I think the kids would  be more comfortable and not as "scared" if they get to meet in advance since it would be a new environment for them (new school, teachers, classmates etc...)

Yes, you will need to wait for the 2nd letter which will be sent out mid may.
