anyone can comment and share the Chinese teaching?  I'm wondering if Yew Chung students can learn good Chinese - some IS only provide 1 less Putonghua/Chinese per week.  Thanks.

Yew Chung Kinder local stream teaches Chinese similar to other local kinder. Yew Chung primary uses 30% of time for teaching Chinese. Thus, in general, Chinese standard of their students are much better than those in other IS. Some can even attain local school standard. But, their English standard are in general not as good as other IS. This is the drawback.
