My son atttended this playgroup starting from 22th months ,twice a week. He really learns a lot from it and enjoys the lessons. The method of teaching make him interested in English and  he can speak English in sentence one year after. So I highly recommended this to you but it'd better your kid can join it for longer time.

灣仔learning　plus 攪埋畫班，可以看看，不過我個人認為除非小朋友英語程度不錯，否則做成兩頭唔到岸的情況，唔知學英文還是學美術。
