Tutor time in Kowloon Tong do accept babies from 6 months old.

We sent our daughter there when she was 6 months old. A lot of people said that we were just wasting money and everything but we think it's better than spending most of her time with our maid.

Tutor Time and Yew Chung. Both accept 6 months+ babies.

I know Kinder U in Causeway Bay has programs for babies from 0 months (Baby Connection) and from 3 months, they have Little Genius Intelligence Program. Their website is www.kinder-u.com.
