Can any APS parents give me some ideas?

I'm so confused!!!   
I received a notice from the school yesterday saying that my daughter would start the flute class on 9th Sept.(Thurs.).  Of course, I told her about this.  But then today I received another notice from the school saying that she would start the class today (7th Sept.).  My daughter, of course, didn't read the notice by herself and the class teacher didn't tell her anything about that as well, so she came back home by the school bus.
I was so angry with the school's confusing arrangement.  How can I contact the responsible teacher?  I called the school at 5:30 p.m. but no one replied.
By the way, can anyone buy the "small" sketch book required by the school for the art lesson?

You can contact Ms Wong 黃桂娟主任 who is the music teacher.  You can leave your contact no. for her to call you back.

My experience was unhappy too.  Until yesterday I have not received any notice about the schedule of my son's musical instrument class.  When I phoned the school, the staff told me that the teacher who teached my son last year will not teach at this school this year, and no one plan another teacher and schedule for my son.  If I didn't phone them, they will miss out my son.

I bought the 20cmx15cm sketch book in Commercial Press. Actually, ask the staff to show you the A5 size sketch book and I remembered it  should have 2 brands for selection. The price is around $11 - $13.

Hope it may help and you can sort out the music instrument class problem soon....
