No difference.  Both can go to the Primary School.

St. Paul Kindergarten is a half-day school (180 Places for K1) but nursury is a whole day school (60 places for N1) .  One is under the supervision of EMB but one is under the supervision of Social Welfare Dept.

Yes, both can promote to St. Paul Convent School directly.
