往年都係4月中至尾收到interview信... 有排等... 到時大家上來報喜啦!

I think we all like buying Mark Six.

I heard from the teacher that the siblings kids will have higher chance & there is a lot of candidates with bro/sis study in SPK now. Therefore, not all candidates will offer interview.

Hi all mammy,

I have also submitted the application form.  But my daughter does not have brother/sister studying there and we are not rich at all and live in Kowloon side.  I think the chance is minimal.  

However, I do want to know the format of the interview and in addition to the higher chance of siblings kids, what criteria are they based on for the admission?  Does anyone know?

我搜羅佐07&08年的SPN&SPK收生情況, 大概覺得~~~

肯定有higher chance的 (除佐有家姐等係入面讀or識人的情況):

1. 大女 (如果今年來計就係: 06年10月~07年3月前出世的)

如果兩個家庭狀況相若&比老師印象分都相若的大女, 如果係天主教徒的, 就會有優勢!

2. SPK & SPN喜歡收些同佢地的教學目標一致的family...

SPK會in晒所有申請人, 我女女今年都有in, 我個人感覺: 小朋友要夠獨立, 可以獨自面對老師&答問題! 老師有5/6條問題問家長, 係我見過的幾間中最重視呢part的學校, 雖然短短5分鐘, 老師都好認真聽我地的answer!

SPN only in同收生相若的小朋友, 佢地揀佐的, 就9成機會收, 往年interview的內容都係主要in家長, 問家長小朋友的生活習慣居多, 問小朋友就極簡單, 問名/顏色等2/3個問題only!

我個人覺得, 佢地prefer獨立的小朋友, prefer關心小朋友的健康快樂地成長多過追求學術的家長...

至於其他~~~ 宗教, 是否全職媽咪, 住九龍orHK, 是否專業人士or rich family... 都無一面倒的情況...

多謝你咁詳細既資料。不過睇完之後, 睇怕...唉....第一, 佢唔係三月前出世, 第二, 有得比佢interview佢都一定fail。算啦, 唔使諗, 有得in當中6合彩啦~

Thanks so much to share the detailed information!  

It seems that except for the fact that "we value the all-rounded development of our daughter rather than just focusing on her academic achievement", my Apr 07 daughter does not have any other competitive advantage la.....

Yes I also treat this application as Mark Six Game and see how lucky we are.  If no interview, it's normal because 9/10 is really a big big chance ar...Then just apply the coming half day kindergarterns lor....

我都入左表, 9:30到排no. 220, 我係諗住比佢1條龍所以才申請st. paul,. 我個囡係07年6月出世, 我想佢都不會有太大機會, 就算比佢interview 都冇用, 因為佢到現在都不講野

佢到依家真係一粒聲都唔出? 定係只會講"外星話"呀? 唔好咁擔心啦 :)
