Re job interview, I think it is too remote to look at that at this moment.  I do believe that graduates from Ivy league or Oxbridge, to certain extent, have advantages over others at the starting point of ones' carreer but there is no guarantee that they will be more success than others down the road.  Moreover, I am sure most of the interviewers from any big boys of respective industries would look at where the candidates being educated prior to their teritary level.  At the end of the day, the way of bringing up one's child is very personal and no one has the right to say what is right or wrong for sure.  Nonetheless, it is hard to accept the prevailing norm here and jump on the bandwagon.  

Actually, leaving HK might not be a bad idea.

Yes, my cousin from US was so surprise we need to sit for such an incentive interview for pre-nursery...  

However, this us the real situation in HK...

Frankly, my top preference for selecting in clean environment for my baby...

Victoria is highly emphasis the hygiene level among the others..  which I am very appreicated for their efforts...

I was worried that I'd stress my girl unintentionally, so I asked c6 to go inside with instead. Unforunately, I missed the chance to explain to the teacher for my girl's "impoliteness" as c6 doesn't care

物有補考咁好架, 我仲鬼咁驚個仔會病, interveiw 前成個星期唔比佢返 playgroup.  (除了 victoria pg 外).

This is also one of the reason that I like Victory very much.  

My son had an interview at another kindergarten a few months ago.  He had been there twice, one for the first lesson of pg there and the other for the nusery interview.  That school was quite dirty and my son was sick each time after visiting the school.  He had to stay at the hospital after the first visit.  I didn't let him join the pg there even I had already paid it.  Since people say this is a good school, I let my son to attend its interview.  However, my son fell sick again after the interview!

初時話要睇下有無位先，但隔了一日就call話可以補，但要醫生紙，當日都有六七人補...

有 8 所 分 校 的 維 多 利 亞 幼 稚 園 ， 親 子 遊 戲 班 及 學 前 班 將 加 費 約 5% ， 其 他 級 別 計 劃 凍 結 學 費 。

based on last year's experience, they only mail out the letters on the last day, which means 19th/20th March this year......

but I heard some parents said they will start to send out letters on 16Mar, which is tmr. So, keep an eye on your mail box. Good luck to everyone.
