Just wonder how do you compare/comment on your children's education in Canada with that in Hong Kong (of course, apple to apple, International Schools in Hong Kong).

I'm thinking of "early retirement" in Toronto if i lost my job in Hong Kong soon...as i may not afford the expensive tuition fee amongst IS in Hong Kong for my children in the coming 10+ years...

Think about the following points:

1. How important do u think learning Chinese is? As the global trend in the way it is now, Chinese is getting more and more important. Putting your child in a pure English environment, he/she will not be able to learning it the way he/she can in HK.

2. Toronto is very nice in summer but EXTREMELY miserable in winter. Do u like that?
