我囝囝上的 『動身又動腦』playgroup 同班同學都將會考這間學校，導師Sam Sir 很詳盡解答那份家長問卷，多事的聽他用心講解給那位家長知，發覺那份問卷當中一些題目深層想問的答案是甚麼，如何準備一份『有用的』個人資料。聽後真的有得著，明白如何給校方了解寶寶的特長。

當然開心是導師的幫手(不用付錢)，有效及實用

如果有同樣問題，不妨打電話問中心，可能他們能給予一點Idea

Group interview .. singing, dancing, play games (e.g. put the balls in the basket etc etc).  Very easy to pass.

校長對蘋x日報講, 佢地有間分校有超過1000人報名, 名額只有300-400個.  佢地點樣選擇學生?

另外我想問有無媽咪知道佢地n1同k1班既比例?  係唔係會有好多媽咪只選擇讀n1, 之後k1會轉走?  通常k1會有幾多空位?   因為呢間學校係我既 first choice, 如果n1唔得, k1入到既機會有幾大?

我女都會考...不過佢係大女...
所以我唔係好怕...只怕佢到時會 shy...咩都唔講....

In 2007 Ho Man Tin, the parent's session asked how your family can support their 兩文三語.

In 2008 Kornhill, the session did not ask any question but just want to see if you have any question.

However, in both sessions, they just want to tell you their priority of selecting students:
1. playgroup students
2. student with siblings studying there
3. old-boy parent
Thus, outsiders are having very low chance.  Indeed this school only look for great partents who can help the school.  Remember the application also asked which school the parents graduated?  Parents from famous schools can help their kids in P.1 allocation and thus improved the image of the school.

How fast would you know the interview result? Some other schools has started to ask for payments for the books and uniforms. I don't want to pay it if my daughter can gets into Victoria.

Really, the priority goes to playgroup students first?  I doubt about it since some moms said only a few kids from her playgroup got admitted, and I never heard about this officially from the school.

But I think the school background of the parents is surely 1 of the considerations, and this is the reality as well for other kinders,. esp the famous ones.

i agree totally, I don't think they can get much from our children through interview(n1)....in fact, I don't think my child can do anything during the interview (HAHA, if interview at home, she might have a chance of doing things as she is told)

Beside which school the parents graduate, I think they will also look at our occupation...., after all, the school fee is not very cheap......

我之前都填左form申請playgroup, 張form都寫明唔guarantee可以直上PN班的.

I attend the playgroup this morning and ask the teacher whether there is any priority if child takes the playgroup in Victoria before.  

the official answer is no priority for playgroup kid, all is depending their interview performance.

However, if the child get used w/ the environment, of course their performance should be better, right.  The interview is as same as the flow of the playgroup.

Open discussion is not treated as part of the interview.  It allows parent to ask and share the opinion...
