K1 - one Chinese head teacher and one native  English head teacher
K2 - One Chinese head teacher with two Chinese assitants(native English teacher is teaching English lesson)

1) U mean NET only appear in K1?
2) Is MOI English for playing arts,maths,science,playing ( ieother than English Lessons) etc? Are they local teachers in K2 and K3 ?
