Tutor Time vs Anfield Playgroup

My daughter is planning to join Tutor Time playgroup  (1 - 2yrs) now but I heardthat Anfield playgroup is better.  Can someone share with me what is the difference between two ? which one is better ?

I visited tutor time, the site is quite old, compare to many newer sites, I have a bit of concern regarding hygiene and safety, lots of stairs.  The curriculum seems well planned.  I also have a bit of concern with the tutors, cause I saw them playing with the class for a short well, the male teacher seemed a bit.... playing by routine (just personal impression!)  Anfield also has preK, which apparently will be given priority if u want to apply their kindergarten.  but expensive!, $700 registration fee!  others $30, $50...etc!!
