I have the same feeling as you, it is very sad & tired for primary application, if we do again after six years, we will be exhausted again on even harder mission, I really don't want to face again.  In fact, I can't sleep well in these 2 months.

It is pretty tricky as other parents said in this chat room.  It does not show its actual performance.  The number of students got into those top school only one or two.  Well.. you need to be the top 5-10% to secure those top school allocations.

I do not mean that TSL published untrue information.  What I mean is that it is pretty smart to package the school in that sense to attract parents and students.  They have rounded the information in two years which you never know how many students did get into the top branded school each year.  Again, with two years information together, still the school did not show a very outstanding results like SFA.  Well, still it is a different teaching methodology school and we hardly can compare it with SFA.  Different school style would suit different student style.  This is assured.  Every student will get into their wanted school which suit them.

據我知06-08年度即係同一年,原因是升中時是合計小五小六兩年成績的.

如果以08年升中派位結果而論, 本人覺得是比SFA還要好些, 因為雖然SFA有9成4升英中率, 但大部份都是升長沙灣英中和寶血會.  以男仔計派拔萃喇沙都是TSL多D.

以上純屬個人看法.

SFA 08年升中派位差過之前 , 是因為當年 DBSPD 轉直資, 當中有多於三十位男生由SFA轉去DBSPD, 因此, 08年升中派位咪差咗 . 最受惠咪係 DB 囉 . 所以,SFA 08年畢業生係唔夠 140 人. 而來年 09 年的畢業生也受到這原因都係一樣 140人左右 .

Interview notification letters will be posted on or before 3 Nov. You will find the Parent’s Copy and the Student’s Copy (with labels attached) enclosed.

If you still have not received the letter in the evening on 5 Nov, please call our General Office on 2367 3318 on 6 Nov.

小女是今年7月畢業的tsl學生, 我想更正你的消息, 今年所有入讀QES,ST JOSEPH 及DBS的學生都是從自行報名及電腦抽籤而入讀, 我們在學校放榜當日, 己經即時恭賀他們,而不是如你說的一樣, 至於其他數間學校, 的確是有學生在放榜後, 再去報名.

不要小看寶血會(上智), 在深水埗幾有名, 整體會考成績拍得住st mary, 德望, 真光, 英華女, Marymount, St. Stephen Girls 等名女校.

但SFA入上智大部份因同區派位入, SFA誇網自行的優勢已不比當年.
