If we got accepted by a DSS school and pay the fee, can we still participate in the 1st round govt allocation which was already submitted? I just know that we can't join the second round.
thanks Yuhang mum, so if the DSS is not our favourite one, we shouldn't go and pay? But just worry if we fail the first round and no other better school came out............
