1. 如果唔改, 用 concerns, 句子算唔算錯 ?
2. 改左, 意思有無唔同左 ?
3. 標點 - What does she do,? you may ask. - 係米 ,? 可以咁用.

Although she says she is concerned about our academic reports, she doesn't mark (or grade) our workbooks at all.  You may ask, what does she do?

1. It is more common to say "someone is concerned about" rather than "someone is concerned over".  Alternatively, you may say "she cares about our academic reports".  
2. Obviously there is more than 1 report.
3. It is the job of the students to correct their workbooks after the teacher marked (UK) or graded (US) them.

忘了說明, 題目是 "My teacher"

is concerned about = is concerned over ?

請比 d 意見, 那外藉老師是不是改作文改得不好 ..... 謝謝.

be concerned over sth.
为某事忧虑(不但关心,而且有了忧虑)
