Westerners also tease Singapore English as "Singlish"! Accent is one thing, everbody in Singapore have the discipline of speaking English in the office, which we don't have in Hong Kong.
Also I found that the schools in HK are hiring alot of teachers from different country (like USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, UK, Philipine etc....)
you know all the teachers are from different countries, they pronounce differently .... I can distinguish the teachers from UK, North America, Australia or south africa by their speeching....but the kids cannot...they will confuse once the teacher changed.
