女拔面試, 2分30秒, 多謝$40/分鐘

各位, 我雖然面試機會尚少, 但女拔的面試速度之快及混亂係我最佩服的.

準備時間, 企係大門口等了15分鐘, 跟住入去登記房等了20分仲
面試時間, 不足5分鐘, 仲要同另一個小朋友share. (每人得2分半仲, 計埋行行企企)
得中文問題(我見到有個女仔滿口流利英文咁睇英文書, 仲要同我一紅, 我心唸你實得la, 點知問問題係全中文law): 你讀邊間幼稚園? 你叫咩名? 你返學做咩? 完了多謝$100, 每條問題係$33.3, 你唔好以為帶埋成績表正本佢會睇你la, sorry wor, 我個女話張成績表個校長原封不動比返你(因為我張成績表3摺的所以證明佢係無睇過)

我覺得學校並不是以學生interview為收生標準, 極有可能係har下我地呢班家長同小朋友.

ps. 等待期間, 大門口的登記阿姐態度很囂, 仲有wait緊interview間房得一把吊fan, 內面有成廿幾人等, 熱到爆...

I don't know but my daughter only answer several simple questions. I think that the chance is very small!

I totally totally agreed your comment.
St Stephen College Preparatory School gets you about 20-25 minutes for 5-6 children.
St Paul Co-ed primary school gets you about 45 minutes for 6-8 children.
Good Hope School gets you about 15-20 minutes for 4-5 children.
Whatever in cost of interviewing time, application fees and waiting time, DGS absoultely wins in this game.
What a pity that the parents never know the rating mechanism in the overall interviewing process, is it fair? any social factors? Sorry, we cannot know. But, at least, it can to a certain extent be respected.

My experience is different.
They allow you to enter on time, wait in the room only about 15 mins. About 6 interviewees with parents.
Clerk very polite.
Interview time about 10 mins.
Pricipal seems nice.

The principal will not watch your kid in the waiting room. Just maybe assistant there makes the arrangement. There are about 50-60 books on the table. I do not believe she will know all the content of the books

校長好nice? 我只係係interview房門見到佢一眼jar, 前後唔夠5秒, 之後就"的"左另外2個小朋友入去la.

仲有個clerk我都唔知佢係傻定係無知, 有個家長登記時竟然問個cleak呢間學校係咩教??(此問題已經夠經典, 竟然唔查清楚就來interview?)跟住個clerk仲搞笑答:我唔知wor, 係咪天主教ar .....:;pppp:跟住個clerk走去問個登記員至知jar. 簡直嘆為觀止的妙問妙答.  成個interview過程係無一個係老師, 根本你係waiting room做d乜都無人知無人理, 只係靠短短的interview時間, 祝大家好運.

不過本人覺得此校並不是以interview表現為收生標準....poor girls

Correct. No teachers approached the parents during the interview. Only a likely assistant to guide you from waiting room to a bench can be realised. Maybe two teachers in the interview room assess all the children.

我個人覺得女拔真係是是但但咁in, 浪費晒一班家長心機, 相反蔡繼有就真係好有誠意咁interview小朋友, 我地in左1個小時有5part 環節考小朋友, d 小朋友仲好開心. 大家都係要比$100面試費, 但人地真係有heart law. 雖然可能interview時間長或短, 抑或interview問題多寡都不能確定收生, 但當然時間長d, interview多方面d, 小朋友可以有多d 機會發揮同表現自己. 起碼呢d先叫做interview過....

當年我個仔面試，我都係覺得蔡繼有是最全面的，而小孩子都是臉帶笑容走返出來的，連門口個【實ｑ】都是很有禮貌的。

男拔就成間學校連個校長都是黑口黑臉的，祇是見過一位老師是面帶笑容啫。
