1. English
2. Chinese
3. Maths and
4. General Studies

Hi moneydad, I'm considering SMC for my kid but just fear that she may not be able to tackle a whole English teaching environment. Want to undertand how the level is before making the next step.

Maths - manhattan press
General Studies - educational publishing hosue
English - school based materials - a lot of vocabularies, simple sentense writing, simple tense

If you girl is accepted by SMC, she should be ok for a full English teaching environment.  Don't worry.

Thks very much.  I found that SMC parents are always nice & very helpful. I'll definitely let my girl to try it.

Is Chinese taught in PTH ? Which textbook is currently using ?

Yes, SMC uses PTH as the medium of instruction for Chinese lessons.

We use "现代".

Is your girl going to P1 in 2009 and accepted by SMC?
