真的懷疑是否需要第三輪面試,有的小朋友要見幾間學校,平時要上學,週末又要面試,真的是一種負擔,試想大人要見幾份工都覺得辛苦,何況是5,6歲的小朋友.如果是邊緣的,何不放在後補之列,等日後再作安排,因為一定有些家長放棄的.這間學校這麼便安排面試,又要分幾輪,到頭來又不是周圍call waiting list 的小朋友去讀.簡直是費時失事,浪費時間和資源.

That's really a pressure or it can depress children if they feel they still can't get the seat after 3rd interview. It will affect their interview in other school too. Think about that.

其實如果浸小是你的first choice, 而你又認同他的教育理念 (這點很重要, 因為final interview 就是想家長明白及認同), 就不要把interview當成負擔, 就算要見多一次, 你仍然比好多想見但一直無回音的家長好.

當然, 學校選你, 你亦可以選學校.

當比小朋友去玩多一次啦

我小朋友到現時為止去了3間小學 interview, 每一次我都同佢講你去同d小朋友及老師玩耍...

他每一次見完都跟我說"好好玩, 希望快d再黎過"

小朋友都係得5歲左右, 唔應該會知道乜野係負擔, 作為成人及家長, 亦不應把自己的壓力轉移去小朋友身上...

就等小朋友像平時一樣表現自己就可以了...

負擔及壓力應該由家長一力承擔...

現在不用想太多,小朋友千萬不要給予他們壓力,
星期六日同佢玩下輕鬆下,千萬不要下下提
住聽日你去考乜考乜,你祇要同小朋友講
今日在Primary school 又有D 小朋友同先生同你傾下計,玩多次...that's it.制度下人人皆有壓力,我地為人父母,何忍給小朋友壓力呢?記著唔係D小朋友唔得,係制度令D小朋友同家長要面對呢D情況。既然你鐘情浸小,當然要面對其"遊戲規則",這點相信人人皆明白.

我絕對讚同學校揀人時,你亦可以揀學校.

真係當比小朋友去玩多一次吧,

今天我致電此校查詢。他們表示沒有第三輪面試。

我一直在此留意此校之"收生理念",有幾點我也不明:
1.這輪第3 round面試,有必要在平日舉行嗎?這便好像剝削了小朋友乎平日在K3的課堂..
2.在此得各版友透露此校往年到最後都要四圍call 返D wait list既學生返黎讀,那證明些甚麼..證明很多人最終放棄學位??
3.如果根據以上各版友透露所知到最後都要四圍call 返D wait list既學生返黎,係咪意味住好多"正印"入選此校的學生到最終都放棄此校?有冇人知多唔多呢個情況呢???
4.據報紙報導過2003年既出生率比較低,整體適齡兒童都人數少了,學位也得充裕些,上述情況還會再出現嗎?
5.還有些版友在另一版還在問,還在等收到第 2 round interview信未??....既然如此,一早落選的,還不早早通知他們?

不過大把人還對此校趨之若鶩,大家點睇...

在此版祇知很多人都毋須3rd round,祇是有些個別例子而已,另一版仲有mami,還在等 2nd round interview通知信............

相信只是個別例子吧, 上週六2nd interview 已經好似冇咩好做, 只係校方同家長聯誼吓咁, 一陣就走得.... 如果重有得in 既話, 唔知會唔會你眼望我眼幾分鐘就叫你返屋企?!

All parents, 3rd interview is only for special case as my son is marginal pass, so they need to re-take the exam, so if you call school, they will not tell you that they have 3rd interview ....

We & my known family had no chance, we all use the address are out of Shatin.

What I feel is the school is quite messy.  Many of the parents who had attended the 2nd interview (we did last year) commented the interview did not appear to serve any purpose from the school selection perspective.  Quite interesting that a 3rd interview is required - is it indicating the school might not be confident on the effectiveness of the 1st two interviews or it has learnt that 1st two interviews they organized were not effective enough.

Anyway, it does provide a chance for those marginal case candidate.

I think some of the parents did not attend even the 2nd interview as they were accepted by other schools, so WKF called the marginal applicants for re-test, it's administrative convenience. Simple guess only.

My son just attend 3rd interview today but he can't answer what teacher asked as he told me so nervous , so i am thinking my son marginal case are no chance anymore

Anyway i won't give him any pressure just take it easy as he only 5 year old and how i expect what he face to stranger !!!

在這裡跟大家分享一個真實個案,去年我朋友的小朋友到一間學校面試,小朋友面對校長,父母則坐在旁邊,校長給小朋友7個蘋果,叫小朋友分給校長及自己,但要平均分,不能多,不能少,也不能剩.小朋友分了幾次,校長都堅持要平均分配.結果小朋友一臉無奈,不知怎做.跟著校長叫小朋友數圖畫中的物件,小朋友數完答15隻,但校長用凌厲眼神問他,真的是15隻嗎?我說應該是16隻,於是小朋友再數一次,當然答案都是15隻,但校長都說小朋友數得不對.小朋友差點連手指都扭斷了.如果要小朋友一次又一次的經歷同等的遭遇.他就算被收了,還會讀得開心嗎?
