蚊患問題

開學數日，已發覺蚊患極之嚴重，故去信食環署要求滅蚊，但只獲得少許官腔回覆，我已繼續去信要求以積極行動做回應，希望閣家長一人一信，要求食環署正視問題。

信件內容如下:

                本人之女兒就讀於般咸道聖嘉勒小學，每日都須經光景臺進出學校，自開學以來，本人每天都會視察放學情況，學生在光景臺候車時都會被蚊咬，而且情況非常嚴重，雖然校方每日都會次進出上址前均會替學生塗上防蚊水等，但仍無法解決問題。日前在雨後情況更為嚴重，當時跟本不能逗留片刻。
                由於上址有明渠、草叢及樹林，防蚊水乃治標不治本的方法，而單靠校方亦無法處理大面積的滅蚊措施，故請貴署在上址進行一系列的滅蚊，以防蚊患傳播病菌。

            Thank you for your complaint dated 7 September 2008.

            The matter is receiving our attention, and we aim to give you a
reply as soon as possible.  If this cannot be done due to complexity of the
case, we will send you interim replies at appropriate intervals to keep you
informed  of the progress of the investigation.  Meanwhile, if you have any
enquiries,   please  contact  Central  /  Western  District  Senior  Health
Inspector (Cleansing and Pest Control) Mr. LUI at 2853 2511.

            If,  in  the course of handling your complaint, this department
considers  it  to  be  necessary,  your  complaint may be referred to other
Government  Department(s)  concerned  for parallel or follow-up action.  If
you  object  to  the  transfer  of  your  personal data to other Government
Department(s), please inform the aforementioned Case Officer, in writing or
by telephone, within seven days of the date of this letter.

今天食環署已作出口頭回覆，該署已在本月23日在上址作出通渠清理漬水並噴灑滅蚊油，據報已向校方聯絡及會在每星期重覆清理漬水及噴灑滅蚊油。而是項工程負責人電話62523106貴姓唔記得咗，其稱有任何意見及跟進上述事件，可隨時致電查詢。
