Any student lived in Shatin need school bus?

My son will be P.1 in coming Sept.  Any parents lived in Shatin for school bus service?

I live in Fotan and school bus company told me that my son should be ready as early as at 06:30 AM

我都係沙田友，我仔搭開7號校車，我地係尾2站，往年我仔6:55上車，校車行青沙公路，7:15就返到學校，真係超級early！
今年學校8:00打鐘上課，我已 左校車公司，要求佢考慮推遲15分鐘上車，但仲未覆我得5得！
通常頭站上車時間會早尾站好多！

How to know which is 頭 or 尾站??

我住火炭, 校車那邊告訴我, 今年停站多, 唔會行八號幹線(青沙公路), even 來年返學時間change to 8:00am, 但是要”就”中學校車共用停車場, 所以上車時間可能一樣咁早(6:30-6:355am ) …我想揾其他褓姆車,節省時間.

we should bring this issue to school management.  YW becomes DSS now and more student is anticipated to come from other parts of Hong Kong other than SSPO.  

How Hong Kong Island and Yuen Long student come to school?

Otherwise, more Shatin Student and we hire another school bus.

I just called Mrs Wan and she informed me that my kids' pick-up time is 7:10 (route no.7). So it's 15 min. later than last yr. I find it acceptable.

I've also asked her about route from Fotan and learnt that Fotan is the 1st stop (early pick-up time 6:30) and Worldwide Garden at Tai Wai is the last stop.

早到離譜 is 0630 hrs in Fotan

If my son boarded to bus at 0650 hrs. I would more than happier.

I have related the fact to the school but shatin or remote area's parents should all know in advance that YW is in CSW.  It should include part of the decision of we choose this school.   

If Shatin's students are few and scattered, it is difficult to organize a mini van to school and it might turn out the same.

我地係尾3站, 亦知最早上車係6:30, 最遲既係7:10 世界花園.  如果車程真係要咁耐, 我無野講. 但事實係 d 仔係7:25左右就返到學校, 8點先上課, 早成半個鐘返去, 我就覺得早左 d.

我打過比校車, 原來因為架車要接載第二批學生, 所以咁早就要送左佢地返學先.  如果係咁, 無辦法, 唔通唔比人做生意咩...

由火炭返學既小朋友多唔多呀?
可唔可以只搭放學校車,而唔搭返學果程呀?

yes , remain 0630 hrs.  If you are living on Fotan Hill, they charge you $100 more for gas.  I live on Fotan Hill and paid $1,000.-HKD for school bus.

If you only take one trip, it only $100.

Thanks for your reply. Luckily I am not living on the hill.
It's really terrible for us to get on the bus at 0630. I will mark if they can only provide such service, I will take my boy to school by myself.
But...actually I need to school bus to take my boy home.

My son is lucky enough to be accepted by this wonderful school in the coming year.  I live in Tai Wai and would you mind telling me the price of the school bus?  If I ask my helper to take him, what is the shortest route?
