My friend went to the graduation dinner with her daughter. She was "surprised" by the poor selection of food. The food looked like those lunch buffet of a 3-star hotel. Definitely not the price paid for a dinner buffet at a 5-star hotel.

Another parent at her table was really pissed off. She finished her orange juice and asked for a refill. The waiter ran to the captain to discuss that request. Then, the waiter came back and said she needed to pay extra $$ for an extra glass of orange juice!!
