ESF Primary Schools 的收生準則

Hello,
Does anyone know where can I find out information on the "ESF Admissions Criteria"?  By writing to them?  I haven't been able to locate the information in their websites yet...  I understand that an applicant applying for entry to Year 1 should demonstrate fluency in English.

Is it true that applicants with siblings studying at ESF has First Priority?  I wonder what other types of applicant will receive priorities and in what order.

This is nothing official but my understanding of their criteria :
-
- can't speak language other than English (priority)
- overseas passport(priority)
- silbing (priority)
- international kindergarten(priority)  

While, fluent English is a must, which will be tested in the interview. i.e. the above criteria determine whether you can get an interview, but even if you have the highest priority in interview, if your English fail, then you still can't get a seat.
