Have anybody here got an interview on 19/6? A friends of mine's son applies for P3 is invited for an interview on this Saturday. But he have got no sport and music audition. How about you?

Hi Mugshui,

As I know, the boy is really good in academic, a typical little book worm. But he is not good at sport and music. He studies in St. Francis. For my son applies for P4, got no sport test, no music audition and no interview......no hope!

my friend's son apply P2, he got grade 5 piano and grade 5 violin! he will take the music test. let me tell you after he get the result.

My son found the written test very difficult too. Especially the dictations. He could not finish the Maths part either! He is doing grade 2 piano. Haven't taken any exam yet. Studies in SKH Fung Kei Primary School, Whampoa Garden, Kowloon. How about your son?

Wow! Your friend's son must be very talented. Grade 5 piano and violin! Great kid! When did he has his music audition? Do you know is there many students have the audition? Please let me know.

我個囝studies at Rosaryhill school,academic 都ok la,全級都在十名內( but the written test he also feel very very difficult especially the dictation. He said that the native teacher speak out the sentences very quickly), He is learning piano also and just attend the examination in April.
How about your son in academic? He knows swimming or not? Because I heard that if you know swimming will get more chance. 但眼見競爭者個個都甘勁,又五級琴又五級volin, 睇黎都係no hope!!!

Your son's academic performance is good. Since Rosary Hill is a school with high standard in academic. My son's academic performance is so so. Only in the middle of the class. He is a fatty. He hates almost any kind of sport. He learns piano because he can sit when he is playing! By the way, do you live in Hong Kong side? If so, what makes you apply DBS?

Hi Mugshui,

My son told me this early morning that he really wanted to get a place in DBS. He said he will study hard, since he was quite lazy before. I was happy to hear that. Although he most likely cannot get a place there, he has a goal to achieve now. The most powerful motivation behind is he realizes that DBS has a bigger tuckshop than the one in his school!

今年是一個好時機,開新校舍,收生數目比較多,比考其他名校插班較易, 因其他名校得幾個位,又成幾十人爭,機會仲渺汒

Is the secondary section also a DSS as well?  $$$

Hi Mugshui,

We apply since DBS has a secndary school. I have heard some students from those famous private school have applied. They are not only strong in academic but also at sports or music as well.

The secondary school is a DSS one, need to pay school fee.

I was told that a group of eight P2 (apply for P3 )candidates were invited for a badminton test on 12/6 morning. They were require to show some specific skill at this sport. Their comments are NOT EASY!
