Can we send one new piece of message to our own email box during posting?

When I make sure to post out a new essay, and want to keep one page to my mail box as a record. Can I also send one page to my email box too? I want the site master can design a check box to allow this task following with the sending out to-gether. Do you think it can help keep records.
