yes, I have but stopped for while, I need to do it again but in a different pattern as my son can creep now. You need to incline the track at the slope that when she move her legs & arms , she can move forward. check email

I still haven't decided to make/buy the crawling track or not. My baby is now 8 mths (corrected age 6 mths), learnt to roll over from back to front and can keep turning to his left (like a clock) on his tummy. His left hand is rather weak and that's why he couldn't roll to his right and turn right. but other than that he is progressing rather well this week. So I'll wait another few weeks to see if his needs extra aids for his development.

尋日試左再'long'高d，it worked!!!! Baby Janet was crawling on the track!! She used her arms to move herself forward. Think she'll be doing even better if I give her more chance to practice. Many thanks.

我星期三開始同仔一齊 crawling & creeping, 不過真系好辛苦, 我仔大啦成100磅, 我唔洗講仲重啦! 第一日我crawling o左約24M ~ elbow就(損)了, creeping o左100M兩個knee都紅得很,仲痛添! 我肥仔就 crawling 24M, creeping 160M, 不過佢就無事. 但原來很辛苦的, 要達標還很遠路! 不過會努力!
星期四,今天就再開始返 flash card 啦! 仲有 masking 未找醫生, jenny 開始未? 我同Kitty (singapore那太太) 跟 Janet Doman 拍了照, 明天e比你呀!
st 收到做的pm, 明天打比你. ** 請原諒那麼遲才覆, 因真的很少在這, 因我大少已11歲, 不baby了!

呀! 多事一點, 小 Janet 條 track 似乎太窄, 應該闊的, 可以比雙手像蟹一樣橫放, 那腳仔才可向前. 腳仔向前爬就要多的位先爬得到. 若不, 就只有手有限活動, 腳仔只可直去, 就無pattern啦!
今晚我再找功課再看清楚!

我是按書(Physically superb)上的instructions做的嘛..... 哎呀, 怎麼沒有說bb大一點得做闊一點呢？......

also, u need to put her on the track all time, and calculate how much she crawl per day, and let her sleep face down...... she will crawl when sleep. trust me, my little bb boy crawl when sleep.

仲未搵到醫生呀,問過兩個醫生都reject咗..囝囝初部達標今天creep咗400m 呀,但唔肯做patterning, 你要帶護膝同埋護手elbow啊, 回來便病了兩天,幸好8號風球可睡一日一夜, 還未睇notes呢, 得閒call我

我囝囝已唔需要再用, 佢已經2.5 yrs, 改做其他balance activities program, 條neck support仲好新, 如果唔嫌棄, 可pm我!

u better get a book name: How smart is yr bb " by Janet doman, this book will show u how to train yr bb and have many pics as demonstration.

Check 過 notice 闊度應該 "elbow to elbow".
also as told by st, you should place the baby in the track all day long.

Thanks gongonma, if this is the case, the track should be the right size for Janet. I'll try my best to place her there for as long as possible but since the track is inclined, there's a bit of danger that she'll tumble over. I'll have to watch her when i place her there.:;pppp:

各位靚媽咪：
Janet尋日係條track度爬左16次，不過今日成日出左街，keep唔到~~試過平地佢仲未爬到，仍然要incline。爬既時候，佢仲係用手唔用腳，成隻海獅咁....

根據Doman本書講，佢而家係用homologous的pattern來移動，這是不是他們最初喜愛用的爬行方法呢？如何可以令佢用多d腳力呢？請賜教。
