1. Past Exam record
2. Personal particular / contact no/ ID copy, P6 admission cert. copy etc
3. Personal achievement in the past few year
4. Some interesting photos if any : family, extra-cirrcular activities
5. some interesting school work: comprehension (chinese & English)
6.Recommendation letters
7. Self recommendation letter
