Application to ESF Primary School

I was wondering if I can "choose" to apply for a certain ESF primary school which is less competitive. Say, I live in Tsuen Wan where I should (can) only apply for Beacon Hill. But my parents live in Mong Kok, can I use their address to apply for Kowloon Junior? Or can I use my in-laws' address (Kennedy Town) to apply for Kennedy School?

I mean... I still have currect residential proof showing the Mong Kok address (where I used to live there before getting married). And my husband also has got his proof of Kennedy Town.

I'd like to ask this... because I'd like to apply for an ESF which is less competitive... Thanks all for sharing.

I think your idea would be ok, as long as the proving address showing your name or your husband's name and should be in recent date.

My son has just got an offer ESF (TY) for 2008. Can anyone please advise which ESF primary is least competitive for Year 1 admission?

I think those ESF primary in HK Island will be more easier to get a place!

To increase the chance, better choose  an area where less expatriates live, as expatriates have the highest priority (over ESF kindy graduates) to get into ESF primary.
