My daughter also got 15 marks and failed. Before the
result yesterday, I don't feel much worry. I don't know
why I started to feel very bad yesterday after many
sucessfully cases posted.   My daughter got no seat for
any school since I can't support her to study in private
school (I'm 單親媽咪) I regret that I can't give her the
best. What should I do now ??

I really understand your feeling. So am I. However,
you're better than me already.  I have never applied
any private school for my daughter since I can't afford
private school fee. I can't forgive myself if she can't go to
my favorite  school.

Don't blame yourself.

Your love is the strongest power to support your daughter. In fact, you're not alone. I know some of the single mama really enjoy their life with their kids.

Cheer up, your daughter needs your support.  She will be arranged for a suitable primary school by lucky draw.  So,
don't give up.  Also, you can "knock the door" next year.

Don't look down yourself.  I know a lot of "single mothers" have excellent relationship with her child.  In addition, money is not everything.  Money cannot buy health, time, happiness....

Don't be sad.  No matter what the result will be.  Let it be!  That's the path God select for your daughter.  She'll be ok!

唔好唔開心啦, 不如試吓九龍真光或是 sjc, etc..., 可能未必係你的首選, 但都算是校風及成績都不錯的學校呀, 試吓啦.

Dear tiggger,
I understand yr feeling! I've got 20 marks and cannot get the 1st lucky draw. I've only have 1 dss to wait for the result of the 2nd interview. I feel confused and full of worries. I went to the kindergarten today and met so many parents to sent the letter of  'knocking door' as well. All of them look so worried. Nothing wrong with us, it's just the system of HK education to make people so stressful. I try to cheer up myself now. While I looked at my son's face while he was sleeping, he is still so lovely and healthy. That's the important things. Your daughter has a mum like you, I believe she's full of love and she is the lucky one already. Don't be sad! God always bless someone who have a good heart!
