anyone knows Delia of Canada TaiKooShing

Please help and give me advice!
My son, 9 years old, P4 isn't smart enought to go throught any interviews offered by EFS, (His English isn't good enoughh) however, the local school system did him harm than good.  The only choice would be Delia of Canada.  
Any comments, please help!!
Besides DOC, any others international in Hong Kong side might give me a chance?

I have the same problem with my son who is now in Form 1.  Thinking of DSC also but not sure if it's good.   How about Korean Int'l School?

there is some small but more traditional international primary school, at Hong Kong side, or even in Lantau Island or Tai Po. You may try transferring your kid to this school, if they accept, in primary level, hoping to get into better international secondary school.

I have visited Delia in TaikooShing two years ago, but just in open day. Impression is good.

I come accross a mum whose son was in kOREAN international secondary, because she reject the Band 3 school his son was assigned by government. She just comment the administration of that school is not quite good.

For F1 Hong Kong side why not try St Stephen Co-ed., now a DDS.
