Don't worry.
Most of the kids can follow very good. KV teachers are very professional. They teach them well in class. KV kids are very indepedent in learning & doing HW. Like my boy, he finishes HW himself and asks me to check. We still have time to read books and chat at night.
Don't mislead by some rumour.
