My daughter has studied in art class in 侯懷 in Sai Wan Ho Center few year ago.  The exact building I forget.  I like the lady but I don't like her assistance to teach only.  Here is not bad choice.

Another one I want to recommend to you in Cha Wan.
My son (5 years) likes him very much even my daughter likes him also.  He has to see your kids whether they respect art and art tool.  He is very specially love his career and arts.  He is the one who teaches kids and adult from Mon to Sun but most of class are small and full.  However, the price is less $100 per lesson.  I highly recommend to you if your kid is just 4.  As not too many teachers can handle too small kid.  

I should tell you something as my kid attended some art class before ...but didn't like so I quit when he was 4.  After then, he painted everyday for his own.  I found it was a good time again to attend art class.  My son doesn't like 被人教愛自學. Here is a freedom for him to paint the sky with PINK.  The teacher appreciates his idea and asks my son reason.  My son response "個天宜家係紅昏", 當時所有小朋友同大人大笑, 因為天只有黃昏, 但老師accept his reason, so decide to use Pink as the sky, my son is very very happy and get 成功感． My son wants to go to the art class EVERYDAY and requests me to ask the teacher.  

He is recommended also from BK mon so I am very welcome to recommend to others.

a good "fine art" teacher is realley hard to find, a great artist is not by means of a good teacher, art education is distinguishing characteristic training for human beings and it should not compared ...

我非常同意,老師當然需要有一定的專業程度，但老師的引導更重要，劉翔的教練曾拿過世運金牌嗎 ？李雲迪的老師那過世界賽冠軍嗎 ？但他們在導師引導下卻表現出色。

我囡囡暑假係"藝術文化" 學輕粘土; 做咗好多小手工。九月開始學畫畫, 見佢由初初連油顏色都出界; 到依家可以自己畫一幅圖畫, 真係有好大的進步。

而MS Fan係一個好有耐性的老師, 我個囡囡好鐘意佢; 而MS Fan亦都非常喜歡與家長交流。lee間係一間唔錯的學校, 我自己就好鐘意啦。
