Just want to ask something about the title of the principal.
From my understanding, the sister who is in charge of the school don't want the people to name her 'principal' because she is the sister in nature. Therefore, she would prefer the people to call her sister.
For example: I found "Sr. Mary Cheung" from the government's information website about the catholic school head. Should I write "Sr."?? What is "Sr." means? Why not "Sis."?....... You know, one of my friend said "Sr." is just used for Male principal. Is that true?....... But, how come I found the sister (school head) is named "Sr. Mary Cheung"?
Please give me some ideas if you know how to call the sister (school head).
Thank you so much! |
