(轉貼)4英基生英國會考奪10A*

(明報) 08月 24日 星期五 05:05AM 【明報專訊】英國國際普通中學教育文憑考試（IGCSE，即會考)昨日放榜，香港英基學校協會轄下學校約750名的應屆考生成績優異，4名學生考獲10A*的佳績，而摘A至A*考卷數目由去年不足一半升至今年逾53%，C級以上的比例則由92%升至94%。

4名狀元中，就讀英皇佐治五世學校的Ding Xiang成績最突出，除了會考摘取10A*外，於Certificate in Digital Applications考試中獲得Distinction（優異）成績，相當於會考2科A*級。

其餘3名狀元均來自West Island School，他們是Mitch Abernathy、Nicholas Tsao和Elise Ng-Cordell。

Actually, this is not the first time ESF students got very good results. In fact, many other ISs have extremely impressive results too in public exams. Unfortunately, such news seldom appears in Chinese newspapers.

Actually you can find the academic achievements of most ISs in the web.

South Island School has very good statistics  too.
