Apply 08/09 ESF Question

Dear All

I want to know which Address should I use to apply if I  ve two address one in Beacon Hill and the other in Clearwaterbay as I know the wating list in both CWBS and BHS is always long ?catchment area.

And what will happen if there are too many applications for both catchment area ?

I've read the previous e-mail before.  Many parents comment that it's more difficult to join ESF P1 in Kowloon & New Territories because only 5 primary schools in KLN & NT and the other 5 are located at HK Island.  But the population....
