how much of the court fee?
how long to get back my money?
if i win, i really can get back all my money?
if i lose, what i need to bear, do i need to bear the legal cost and fee?
if i win the court will get my money back or i need to hire the lawyer to get back my money?
if they closed where can i sue them?

i really want to sue them but so many question in my brain? and my husband also ask me to refund the 20% because he afraid they are black background and my address and tel phone number and office tel phone number also in their hands.... so what should i do.... please help ....

i am new member so no one help me

連同申請只會上去2次, 費用只係$40 ,其他問題要等個審判官決定,不過你連呢一部都唔踏出, 你係唔會扲得返, or 你係天晴的人,你係度留言只係想叫其他苦主放棄, 如果有錯,請見諒

i need to prepare the best and worst not only because now full of angry

not 船頭驚鬼,船尾驚賊,左計右計, i only think if really need to sue them i need to know how many times and money and cost i need to pay... i think many ppl also think on that... i don't want only pay many many time and cost and finally i also lose .... i want to know can i really have enough cost and time and money to sue them, that is not a small decision because if i need to sue them they also can sue me i need to bear the legal cost if i lose...
on the other hand, if i win i really can get back the money... how to get back the money and the court will help meto charge the fee and give me back or not?
i want to get more details to make my husband to change his mind....

i really need your help please help me!!

其實你第一部未先去消委會投訴, 之後你未join 其他人去小額未得lor,如果唔得閑咪搵其他人代表, 其實得唔得唔係你同我講,係個官決定, 我冇 confuse, 我一路都係係呢度追post, 知道點做, 我只係一個小 c 奶, 你咁怕呢怕路,點做野呀,你有話你自己年紀大,係咪認該有d社會經驗知道而家比人搵老親,知道點做呀
