hi 5y,bb 好叻呀，請問你點教呢，每日睇dvd幾耐呀同埋幾多次。     我囡囡坐唔定幾分鐘就走，睇flash 咭更加唔得，囡囡18個月仲講bb話，但係佢睇班尼vcd，半個鐘都可以仲會拍手，攪到我想放棄，請問我可以點做呢!

我都買左...不過唔啱我個囡. 老實如果你地係一d野都未比過bb睇, 一開始只比baby can read係work既.  如果唔係真係睇到個b

我都有買,但係吾太work,佢由10個月大睇到宜家16個月,但對字完全無反應,及無興趣。由於我重有比其他教材佢,相比之下baby can read會比較悶。我覺得真係要只比baby can read至會work。

Hi,
I bought the Baby Can Read set from M.I. Kids in Hong Kong.  It costs about $2,xxx including 5DVD, 5 books and ~300 word cards.  It seems the US version is much cheaper.
I started playing the DVDs to my baby when he was 1 yr old.  I read the books and cards to him everyday as well.  Now he is 18 months old and know almost every of the 300 words.  Of course he can't speak it out yet (except for a couple of simple ones) but he can point or use his body language to tell you what the words mean.  For example, when he sees the word "nose", he will point to his nose.  When he sees the word "clap", he will clap his hands.  When he sees the "elephant", he will make the elephant noise and point to the elephant on the picture book.  So I think this set really works (at least on my baby) and it has become one of my baby's favorite.  I also bought other educational DVD sets for him: Baby Einstein is a good set too but it mainly teaches concepts (not much words).  My baby enjoy watching it and listening to the beautiful background music (all classical).  Playalong DVD (from World Family's Disney World of English) - my bb likes it too but doesn't learn much from it.  The demo disk from English Time - my bb doesn't like it at all.  Montessori's Hurray English 1 and Story Boom Boom 1 - both are excellent teaching materials - my baby like to read the books a lot but the BoBo (the specially designed DVD player) is almost useless.
So all in all, I think every baby is different and which set works best varies from baby to baby.  Hope you all will find a set that fits your baby best.
