the school asks me to register on 3 July. I think they inform successful applicant before 3 July so that they can go to school for registration on 3 July.
They will know how many seats left after 3 July because if the parents don't show up on 3 July, then there will be some seats left.
After knock door, some maybe accepted by more than 1 school and will give up the seat.
So there is still chance after 3 July.
