Putonghau : Listening + 讀默聲母韻母

G.S. : need to write some simple words only ( I think those are required in Creative Thinking part)

Literature : no need to spell, just understand the content

Hope my son didn't 報錯料.  

Please correct me if I/my son was wrong.

Dear LeungLeungmom,

Thank you for your reply especially regarding Putonghua, she hasn't told me about the written test. She has just completed the oral assessment yesterday and she said it's quite easy.

I think after her first assessment we will understand whether the fill in the blanks will have words provided or not. That means if no words provided to choose in the first GS assessment, then it will be the same format in their exam. Actually, it's quite difficult for a child to spell those long words, may be I was too nervous.

For literature, I think the child must first understand the whole book and if we have time just let them spell some important words. Anyway, I think the questions from Miss D & Miss Arsnell will not be so difficult.

Yes, my daughter's class teacher told the whole class that they must remember the spelling of words. 去年P2都唔使串字, 唉!真係一年深過一年呀!

我覺得GS都未算深, 最深都係本lit, 唔知考lit時駛唔駛串字呢? 如果要就慘。

我都覺得本Lit 重深, 不過我想外國人出題目應該淺D, 而且, Lit沒有GS禁重要, 唯有盡量讀啦, 其實, 以我理解本書應該係五年級架, Level one 是一年級用, level 5自然係五年級啦, 你睇本書後面得六個level (p1 - p6), 若有人真的朦查查唔知要串GS 嘅宇, 到第一次GS assessment 之後實知喇, 但衰左個assessment 打擊自信之餘, 那時才急急要小朋友死記D字應付Exam先慘, 你知啦要在這樣短時間記那樣多字個小朋友真係好辛苦架, 好似我, 今日, 同小朋友串佢都唔係好熟D字, 而且都好辛苦, 溫左2個鐘書要玩番3, 4個鐘先回到氣, 我記得fertilisers這個字好似我Form 1 Geography 先學架咋 , 所以無論小朋友考試成績好唔好, 比起其他小朋友, 佢地嘅耐力已經值得我地讚賞, 不過現在辛苦D, 長遠而言對佢地都係好事, 所以我都唔反對去串, 這樣佢地實際真係識多好多字架, 唉! 各位盡力啦 !

剛剛同阿仔溫完書咋, 三日假期中間有去過街, 所以攪到咁夜, 無法啦, 要溫書都要有d時間休息玩下, 大人都要啦, 何況細路仔? 本GS的確好多嘢, 有九課, 真唔易, 仲要串字, (我同)阿仔都好盡力, 一於唔好再諗, 早d瞓仲好。攪到咁夜, 仲係因為英文ass, 又係好多嘢, 唔簡單, 話三課, 但一課又分為好多個單元, 仲有工作紙。雖然有d臨急抱佛腳, 無計, 平日有時間多數會用嚟做功課, 仲有課外活動添。今次好彩有三天假期啫

Yes, it's good we had 4 days holidays in a row. (include last Friday).  

I could do some English exercises with him, and  read the G.S.  

Apart from the school stuffs, my son will have his piano exam. in coming Saturday too.

We both worked very hard in these four days.  Hope he can try his best, less careless mistakes.

你記錯喇, 你講果個上年在大棠嘅係家教會辦嘅picnic一般在星期六自由參予的, 11月21日係學校旅行去年都係小朋友自己去架, 家長無份架
