Our case is a bit complicated.
We first arranged and visited the school ourselves. Then we applied the school via AA, but most of the emails are directly between me and the school. I guess AA might not be getting commission (or at least not full commission) from the school for our case, as their response always lukewarm, their attitude not nice.

Yesterday I called AA to clarify about student visa, and asked about house and subject selection and if there is any gatherings with other parents/boys of the same school? The consultant just reminded me again to pay the guarantee fee and school fee asap, but said "don't know", "not sure" for all other questions. And for visa application, she told me they can handle for us if we pay them HK$1,000 fee!

I had just given up seeking help from AA anymore. Just told my son to email the school admission directly asking about house and subject selection.

我以為你已經有CAS，咁就要等埋封信先可以 book 日子做 visa. 而且你有個朋友做監護人就簡單好多。你已經在香港選過科，咁都會易搞，遲D學校應該有信通知你選科安排。無錯一對防水鞋係需要，因為英國成日雨毛毛。Boarding House 應該無得揀，係學校分配俾學生。我當時都係早少少同佢過去買日用品同校服，因為英國D大公司如M＆S，Bhs都有專買校服嘅地方，D西褲大多數都可以用洗衣機同乾衣機，反而香港西褲多數要乾洗，除非你買中學校服。咁你可以訂名字貼先喇，如果佢學校有打 rugby 就要買對釘鞋帶過去，事關你去到嗰面未必揾到運動舖頭，東薈城地下好多運動舗都有得買

我會八月尾二個星期同佢一齊飛過去，然後幫佢打點好晒入學，我會留多兩個星期，反正我係full time mum, 又可以住响friend度。
咁我想問name tag 係買邊隻好？見你地有人話用marker最好，又有人話用熨既，又有縫上去既，你地經驗邊隻最方便最好用？
我個仔吾大rugby 嫁，不過佢打羽毛球同劍擊，可能要帶d裝備去？

我3樣都有用，因為不同衣料有不同需要，好似白色底衫如果用 marker 就會過底，而且有D深色衫亦用唔到，事關D marker 都係深色！有D衫唔可以受高熱，例如保暖衣/褲，泳褲之類既深色又不受熱，用唔到膠貼同 marker 就要用縫上去
