公務員既教育津貼, 公積金之類既福利, 好似係2000/2001年後入職既就已經無.

就算有教育津貼, 每月上限好似都係~3000左右, 相比國際學校既學費, 只係一少部份

咁多間一定有間收。我一般都唔諗考唔考到問題因為想都無用。到時再算。我老公是英文人所以英文對我小朋友不太是個問題。

你意思是local school就要心儀先會讀,而國際就求其一間都可接受？即係你會覺得is 求其一間都會好過大部份local school?

對。因為師資的問題。普通一間ls無咁多人才。但is收得你學費就有個譜。on average，我情願入間普通esf 都唔會讀差local School. 我講是現實情況。本地學校水平分別太大。就以英文來講。但國際沒有比本地的分別大。同埋後著就係送去外國咯,橫樹都比咁多錢啦無法。

I think we have a very different perception. i have lots of friends from esf and lots of friends who have kids at esf, frankly those people are not super human and the schools are pretty average, many also complain to use about some esf schools. i never thought they are particularly special. Also not sure if u notice, some are advertising intake for this year. So when i meant if worse comes to worse，i will just send my kid to these very average esf.

Perhaps you should read the standard more, there are esf schools advertising intake。i put my money where my mouth is，worse comes to worse, will enrol to these ones. Not the end of the world.

我意思係,係你眼中 esf 係咁普通，聽落好似"我入唔到心儀local 咪求其報間ESF law~ 我老公係英文人，實收~"，話入就一定入到咁....

I think you got to undestand even amongst esf there are still some good and some not so good ones. I also suggest you read more carefully, I said 如果入唔到好的本地就入一間普通的esf.  我無話入一間勁的esf. I didnt mean any esf will accept my child but i said i am not fussed so there must be some out there which will take her. Nonetheless i never sell myself short, i never thought it is that hard to get into any school, i guess that is our difference.

Check out on the internet, there is an advertisement of 2016 intake at esf intl kindergarten at tung chung. Also there are places for 2106 intake at island school, discovery college, shatin college, south island school, west island school, renaissance college plus some others.

Esf是non selective school，有得in，就睇英文是否達標，相對其他IS，係相對容易，呢個係學校辦學宗旨。

至于學生係咪一般，呢d好難講，叻唔同靚，唔係話一眼睇到出來。

I read the ad too. I'm surprised to see that Esf tung Chung has space available at k1 and k2.

Tung Chung kindergarten 明年新開當然招生，至於小學中學應該不是Year 1,可能只是插班位！

Please read the thread again if you have missed out something. I said in my situation, i prefer LS but if no top LS accept, I will apply esf. Someone asked why i am so sure esf will take. I said i am not fussed with which IS, I can take anyone as long as there are places.  What you said is totally not my point. What I am trying to demonstrate and to prove my point is there is always a esf school out there with a place say those I quoted, it may not be kindergarten, it may be any time when i need to apply. That is my point
