His classmates is second in 10:45am and his first in is 2:00

I think it follows the order of application no.

I don't think it follows the application number.
My 1st in time was 3pm and my cousin's was 9am , but we both allocated to  10am for 2nd in. We are from the same KG though .

呢樣好難確定

就係因為考生編號好後28xx......second int 會係9:00。。。。。。我估都未必關表現事，因為想估吓點編，下年妹妹再報名時注意一吓。。。因今次sfa 2nd int 完全撞晒培正。。。
